Delta Gamma Fraternity was founded by three women – Anna Boyd Ellington, Eva Webb Dodd and Mary Comfort Leonard – at The Lewis School for Girls in Oxford, Mississippi. Every year around March 15th, Delta Gammas from all around the nation come together in their individual areas to celebrate Founders Day.
Gyms are filled with all types of people and personalities who have different reasons to workout. Sometimes people go to the gym to forget about the stresses of their day. Sometimes people go because they want to be a better version of themselves. Whatever reason you have for going to the gym, cheers to you for taking the step towards a healthier lifestyle.

What does professional development and professionalism mean and why does it matter?
Professional development is a way for people to improve their professional knowledge, competence, and skill set. It is important because you want to grow as an individual, and people love knowing that you still want to learn.
Professionalism is a way you hold yourself in front of people in your field, in your workplace, or really anywhere. It correlates with many different elements. Some of them include character, relationship building, and conduct. All elements of professionalism mesh and overlap one another, but it’s so important to develop this skill set to be successful.
Valentine’s Day is such a cute, interesting “holiday.” People have mixed emotions about it. Some love it, some hate it, and some don’t really care. I like the holiday, but I don’t love it. I do love the Valentine’s Day candy, and I do love being able to give people extra love. This day is just full of such positive vibes.
